Kayla graduated from Colorado State University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and joined the
Therapies of the Rockies team in 2022. Her passion has always been helping kids increase their quality of
life through meaningful engagement in every day activities and loves working closely with families on
how to achieve their personal goals. Kayla has previous experience working in a transitional program for

Bailee Cavos
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance
Pueblo Community College
Bailee is a Colorado native and a Certified Occupational Therapist (COTA), who has always had a passion for working with children, helping them to build knowledge and self esteem, through environmental and self-exploration. She spent 6 years as an Early Education Teacher working with children ages 0-12. She went on to earn her certification as a licensed massage therapist to further her pursuit of serving others, through the life span, in a holistic way. She then received her Associates of Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and graduated from Pueblo Community College in 2021. Bailee works to build strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and their caregivers and to incorporate the patient’s hobbies and interests into their sessions; all to ensure the greatest therapeutic outcome possible. Her hobbies include spending time in nature with her family and dog, gardening, kayaking and participating in the world of arts and crafts.
Heather Gregg
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Purdue University
Heather started off in the fine arts, receiving her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance. A passion for healthy singing and skilled teaching eventually led her to Speech Language Pathology. She earned her Master’s Degree from Purdue University, where she gained clinical experience across the lifespan and honed her skills in adult voice and swallowing disorders.
Professional highlights so far include her externship at a voice clinic and directing a Parkinson’s choir for a season. She worked as an independent home health therapist in South Florida for several years before moving back to the west. A bit of a nomad, Heather grew up in the Seattle area, but now feels equally at home in Boston and South Florida. She used to say that Colorado was the only place she could imagine being landlocked, and is thrilled to settle down in Denver with her fiancé and their cat, Luna.
