Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Lakewood office. This full-time, salaried role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a team of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about pediatric care and enjoy working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of pediatric clients.
- Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Participate in co-treatment sessions with SLPs to deliver integrated care.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric therapy.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric care.
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
